Kenneth Oyolla is the founder & CEO of Blueflame Technologies Ltd. He was born in Nairobi, Kenya in 1973. He studied at the University of Nairobi, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999. Kenneth is an accomplished leader with deep operational and leadership experience gained across multiple geographies globally.
Between 1999 and 2006, Kenneth joined Unilever Plc as a management trainee and rose through the ranks to Customer Marketing Director. Having started off in fast moving consumer goods business, he has gained valuable knowledge in Brand and Marketing Management, Sales Management, Customer Marketing & Distributor Management & National Account Management.
Between 2007 and 2012, Kenneth has held senior sales and marketing leadership roles in the exciting and fast-paced telecommunications industry in Africa managing the end to end business across multiple geographies in Africa with P&L accountability. His last role in the Africa region was as General Manager for the East & Southern Africa Region for Nokia Corporation based out of Nairobi, Kenya.
Between 2012 and 2015, Kenneth held a global director role with Microsoft based out of London and leads a team working with all leading global market clusters in APAC, Europe, Latin America and Middle East & Africa to drive single-minded Planning, Deployment Activation and Execution of Marketing Campaigns for the Mobile Phone Division of Microsoft.
Kenneth’s entrepreneurial drive and long-held dream to become a tech entrepreneur was realized in March 2015 after returning to Kenya and founding Blueflame Technologies Ltd. His breadth and depth of experience and passion for the consumer and customer in the fmcg and technology industries puts him in good stead to lead multicultural and high-performance teams to deliver exceptional value to the shareholder.

Kenneth is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration at London Business School and expects to graduate in the Summer of 2016.
