MOH Vetting and Training process

MOH Vetting and Training process

Just like any organization takes candidates through interviews and probation/training, MoH candidates are vetted and trained by professionals before they are deployed to employers.

Training focuses on five major areas namely:

  1. Childcare
  2. Cleaning
  3. Culinary
  4. Client Service
  5. Communication

Childcare is one of the major concerns for parents who leave their young ones in the hands of house-helps. MoH candidates are taken through training on various topics such as changing diapers, preparing bottles for babies, proper care of feeding equipment, bathing them down to preparing meals and snacks for your children. Not only are they taken through these and more but also how to relate with children with love, patience and nurturing nature.

Culinary plays a major role in most houses especially those with children. MoH candidates are trained on how to prepare different dishes professionally, how to use various household appliances, budgeting for food to even help prepare a weekly menu if need be.
